50ji Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 50ji ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 50ji website located at 50ji.net, including all subpages, features, games, wallet functions, promotional programs, and customer support services available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise making use of any part of the 50ji platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing 50ji on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by using the platform, both you and that person accept these Terms.

Access to and use of the 50ji platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR's regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 50ji strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 50ji complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and your local jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether requested by you through 50ji's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any regulatory authority.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 50ji, any of its affiliated entities, or any game software provider whose titles are available on the platform.

50ji reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 50ji may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

To access the full range of 50ji Services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 50ji. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 50ji login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account credentials will be attributed to you.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 50ji immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. 50ji's contact details for such notifications are provided in Section 14 of these Terms.
• Account Verification: 50ji may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or payment method verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Access to certain platform features, including withdrawals above specified thresholds, may be restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

50ji reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the 50ji platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 50ji currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified on the deposit page for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. 50ji aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel selected.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and comply with applicable financial regulations.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.

50ji reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any financial transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with prohibited conduct, or in violation of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

50ji offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published on individual promotion pages:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Promotion Validity: All bonuses and promotional offers have an expiry period. Bonus funds and free credits that have not been used within the specified validity window will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: 50ji reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free credit, or promotional reward if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Certain promotions may be subject to a maximum cashout cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. Where applicable, this cap will be stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• 50ji's Right to Modify: 50ji reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by players who have validly claimed the offer prior to such modification.

All games available on the 50ji platform operate in accordance with individual game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. The following general principles apply across all game types:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on 50ji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are conducted by human dealers via real-time video stream. Game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) and are subject to the rules of the relevant game type.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects a game in progress, 50ji will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If a round cannot be completed or verified, affected bets may be refunded at 50ji's discretion. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 50ji reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 50ji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 50ji platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the platform while under the age of 21
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended)
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 50ji staff via any platform communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 50ji's systems, databases, or other players' accounts

All content on the 50ji platform — including but not limited to the 50ji name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 50ji or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 50ji platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 50ji content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 50ji content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 50ji software
• Use any 50ji trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement

Any unauthorized use of 50ji intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 50ji.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 50ji, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 50ji platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 50ji specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to the player's failure to maintain password security
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events
• Game outcomes, which are governed by certified RNG systems and/or physical game equipment beyond 50ji's control
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on inaccurate information provided by third parties
• Any tax liability arising from winnings, which remains the sole responsibility of the player

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 50ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 50ji account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 50ji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 50ji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

50ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions are part of these Terms and are binding on both 50ji and its players:

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion at any time via the Account Settings page or by contacting 50ji support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires (except in cases of permanent exclusion).
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 48 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and mandatory timeout periods via account settings.
• Reality Checks: 50ji provides periodic on-screen prompts displaying session duration and net gameplay result during extended gaming sessions.
• Minor Protection: Players with dependents under the age of 18 are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.

Either party may terminate the player's account and bring this agreement to an end, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 50ji support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and any remaining real-money balance (after deducting bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method.
• 50ji-Initiated Termination: 50ji reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory direction, or reasonable suspicion of money laundering.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your licence to use the 50ji platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 — will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 50ji, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting 50ji's support team via the details in Section 14. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or arbitration bodies with jurisdiction under Philippine law.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where circumstances reasonably require it.

50ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 50ji will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 50ji platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations as a 50ji player.
